Click the transactions icon on the footer of the Scoin APP to view the status of your transaction, Transfer from My Scoin Wallet to My Bank or Transfer from My Bank to My Scoin Wallet usually takes 24-48hrs to get credited to your Wallet or Bank.

Peer-to-Peer Transfer takes 1-5hrs.

Scoin might have cancelled your transfer due to insufficent funds while processing your payment or incorrect account infomation. You could still initate a new transfer to move money from-and-to your Scoin wallet and bank

Scoin payment are processed automatically by our systems, we would not be able to stop or cancell payments once it is initated.

If you feel your account is lost or compromized please contact our support team support@grabcoin.com immediatly to block your Scoin Wallet account. We'll delete you account and move your funds back to your bank or new Scoin account.

Move your Scoin Wallet balance to bank, simply log-out and delete your scoin app.
